Hoodies and jackets for school groups

Designed
together

Your school designs a custom hoodie or jacket with the group. Everyone orders and pays for their own, and one order is delivered to your school.

How a group order works

Four stages, from the first sketch to a box of labelled garments at the school office.

  1. Step 1: Design it together

Your school admin sets up the group and builds the design: panel colours, embroidery, prints and patches. Make up to five versions and let the group vote on them.

  2. Step 2: Everyone orders their own

Share the invite link. Each student picks a size, adds their name or nickname if the design has one, and pays by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. A parent can pay with a link instead.

  3. Step 3: One order goes to the maker

Orders lock at the deadline. Your school admin checks the sizes and the name list, then submits a single order for the whole group.

  4. Step 4: Delivered to your school

The maker ships everything to the school in one delivery. Each garment arrives bagged and labelled with the student's name and size.

Made with schools in mind

  • The school runs it

Your school's admins are staff. They choose the design, confirm the crest can be used and check every name before anything is made.

  • Nicknames get checked

Every nickname is screened for offensive words, and your school admin reviews the list too. Anything flagged gets changed or approved by a person.

  • No chasing cash

Students pay for their own garment online. Nobody has to collect money, keep a spreadsheet or front the cost for the group.

Start earlier than you think

Garments are made after your order is submitted, so the making time starts at your deadline, not when you open orders. Work backwards from the day you want to wear them: allow time to agree a design and collect orders, add the make and deliver estimate shown on each product, then leave some spare for school holidays and late payers.

Plan your timeline

Ready when your group is

Your school sets up the group, builds the design and invites everyone. Students only pay when they place their own order.
